Making space for nature - the Wildwood Hedge provides rare habitat that you won’t find in most gardens and landscaped environments.

We planted a wild mix of trees and flowers that were once much more common throughout the countryside in the UK. The Wildwood Hedge is not only beautiful, but it also provides rare habitat that you won’t find in most gardens and landscaped environments. Insects, birds and mammals that live in the UK are programmed to seek out native plants as their life cycles depend on them. As well as nectar and pollen from flowers, the stems, leaves and roots of plants together with a healthy soil are crucial for life to thrive. It’s a mini ancient woodland in the making and it makes a real difference to wildlife.

The Wildwood Hedge can be any shape or size, and this makes it perfect for anyone that wants to make space for nature in schools, parks, gardens, farmland, hospitals, offices or just about anywhere.

Read what our past clients have to say about us

We are thrilled with the playground Wildwood UK designed for us here at Flag Fen. The elegant design fits in perfect harmony with our site, which is famous for its Bronze Age causeway.

We wanted a play area that would engage children and introduce them to the historical significance of our location. The design not only provides a fun and imaginative space for our little visitors but also serves as a subtle educational tool, interpreting the archaeology of the site in a way that is both engaging and meaningful.

We are over the moon with our Wildwood playground here at school; it totally compliments the woodland in our local area. A professional build from start to finish - thank you Lawrence and team!

Chorleywood Parish Council has three Wildwood Dens across Chorleywood Common. They are expertly crafted and are a fascinating feature in their own right.

The Dens are very well used and enjoyed by children of all ages encouraging them to participate in natural and creative play whilst developing their skills in climbing and balance.
